Layer ventilation

According to the layer ventilation principle, the smoke is collected via a piping system at the hall ceiling and sucked into the extraction system. The dust is filtered from the air sucked into system and cleaned air is either returned clamped into the hall through the piping system or directly blown outdoors. By sucking away the warm air at the ceiling of the hall and returning it in the lower area of the hall, an even temperature distribution is achieved what lead to energy cost savings up to 25 %.

Layer-Blow ventilation

The layer-blow ventilation principle are used in large halls with a span of > 25 metres, system represents combination of push-pull and mixing (diluting). All benefits of the individual systems are presented in one system. The smoke is sucked in via a piping system at the ceiling, air is cleaned and blown back into the hall. When clean air flows in and welding fumes rise up, not only the optimised extraction rate is achieved, but additionally also a thermal effect. Even large halls can be extracted with low energy introduction here.
